I was born in Liverpool, England to academic parents. I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University majoring in Information Technology. I've had many careers including a stint in the London Metropolitan Police, a chef, a computer programmer, a computer graphic artist, an English language teacher, and a freelance writer. I've worked on 25 movies, written magazine articles and books on computer graphics, a screenplay and 2 books in the crime genre. I'm working on 2 more books. I've been married twice: to a Mexican woman with whom he had two children who live in Los Angeles, USA; and, to a Mongolian national. I've lived in the UK, the USA, China, the Philippines, and now live in Mongolia working as an English teacher and writer.
